At North West Dental Care our aim is to consistently provide quality dental care to all our patients. Every member of our staff has a defined role and responsibility for your care.

We have four brand new state of the art surgery rooms, with a separate sterilisation room reassuring highest level of hygiene. This ensures hospital level hygiene required at new dental surgeries.

Even the air quality in the room is controlled. Our two way ventilation system makes sure that the air in the room is free from bacteria and debris which could result from dental drilling.

Both NHS and Private treatment options are available. When treatment planning your dental needs, all options available including costs will be explained so that an informed decision can be made. If treatment cannot be carried out at our surgery or a second opinion is required, your dentist will refer you to the appropriate specialist.

All information obtained in the course of consultation and treatment will be kept strictly confidential. No part of your record will be disclosed to any third party without your permission. All staff members are aware of the absolute duty of confidentiality.

An accurate medical history will be taken and verified before we undertake any dental treatment - this allows us to carry out your treatment safely.

It is a legal requirement to ensure the surgery and working conditions are safe and that all procedures used are in accordance with the GDC’s regulations. Health and safety, safe use of x-rays and cross infection control are strictly practiced to protect everyone’s safety.
